What are my rights as a data subject?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights against the data controller: If your personal data are processed, you have the right to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). If incorrect personal data are processed, you have a right to have them rectified (Art. 16 GDPR). Subject to the conditions required by law, you may have the data erased or have processing restricted, and you may object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
