German Games Archive in Nuremberg

The Nuremberg German Games Archive, a research and documentation institution, preserves a unique collection of more than 30,000 parlor games dating from 1945 to the present, making it a kind of "memory of the games industry."

Above and beyond its core task of documentation, the Games Archive also encourages play within the family and in society. It actively promotes games and their use by organizing numerous functions like regular game afternoons and outside events.
