Printing demonstration with artist Sofia Fränkl

How is a copperplate engraving or a woodcut made? Copperplate engraver Sofia Fränkl answers these questions in the two workshop rooms – but not only that: on a fully functioning High-pressure press, reconstructed after a drawing of Dürer, prints in the style of his works are produced. If you like, you can even help to print under expert guidance. Also, you can watch the artist while engraving Dürers' motifs.
